Section 202.175 - Sale, offer for sale, distribution, purchase, possession or use of powdered alcohol1. A person shall not sell, offer for sale or otherwise distribute or purchase, possess or use powdered alcohol.2. A person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor.3.
