Section 179D.0559 - "Offender convicted of a crime against a child" and "offender" defined1. "Offender convicted of a crime against a child" or "offender" means a person who, after July 1, 1956, is or has been convicted of a crime against a child that is listed in NRS 179D.0357.2.
