Section 159.1415 - Presentation of offer to purchase real property to court for confirmation; division of commission for sale of such property1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 10 of NRS 159.146, if a contract of sale to purchase real property of a guardianship estate is presented to the court for confirmation: (a) Other persons may submit higher bids in open court; and(b) The court may confirm the highest bid.2.
