Section 125.007 - Order for medical and other care, support, education and maintenance of children required before granting of divorce, separate maintenance or annulment1. No court may grant a divorce, separate maintenance or annulment pursuant to this chapter, if there are one or more minor children residing in this State who are the issue of the relationship, without first providing for the medical and other care, support, education and maintenance of those children as required by chapter 125B of NRS.2. Every order for the support of a child issued or modified after January 1, 1990, must include an order directing the withholding or assignment of income for the payment of the support unless one of the parties demonstrates and the court finds good cause for the postponement of the withholding or assignment or all parties otherwise agree in writing.
