Section 87-4-530 - Use of temporary holding pens(1) During the shooting preserve season established in 87-4-521, artificially propagated upland game birds may be held in temporary holding pens for up to 120 days after being delivered to a shooting preserve to acclimate them to the shooting preserve environment.(2) Any bird held in a temporary holding pen that has not been released on the shooting preserve may not be sold without obtaining a game bird farm license under Title 87, chapter 4, part 9.Amended by Laws 2021, Ch. 552,Sec. 13, eff. 5/15/2021.Added by Laws 2013, Ch. 132, Sec. 1, eff. 4/1/2013.
