Section 80-5-127 - Testing of submitted samples

The seed laboratory shall analyze any official seed samples taken from seed lots offered for sale in the state or submitted by the department, using methods such as those established under the Federal Seed Act and the procedural guidelines developed by the association of official seed analysts.
