Section 7-2-2403 - Authority to contract for transcription service

Said county commissioners shall have full power and authority to contract for transcribing the records relating to all property situated within the boundaries of the segregated county, and for that purpose the person or persons engaged in the work of transcribing such records shall have access to all records of the county or counties from which segregated.
