Section 7-13-4104 - Inspection and measurement of gas, light, and electric or other power systems

The council of any incorporated city or town shall have power by ordinance to provide for and regulate the inspection and the measurement of gas, light, and electric or other power sold within its limits or brought into or carried through any such city or town.
