Current through the 2023 Regular Session
In addition to the specific provisions of this part that require the department to adopt rules, the department may adopt rules to implement this part. All rules adopted by the department under the provisions of this part must be adopted pursuant to the provisions of the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.
