Section 37-9-201 - Organization and compensation of board(1) The board shall elect from its membership a presiding officer, vice presiding officer, and secretary-treasurer and shall adopt rules to govern its proceedings.(2) Each board member must receive compensation and travel expenses as provided for in 37-1-133.En.
