Section 32-1-110 - Punishment

When no other punishment is provided, a person willfully or knowingly violating parts 1 through 5 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon information furnished by the department, the attorney general shall sue to enforce parts 1 through 5 of this chapter.
