Section 508.310 - Further causes for change of venueChanges of venue may be awarded in civil cases pending in the circuit court of Cape Girardeau County at Cape Girardeau for the following causes:
(1) That the inhabitants of the city of Cape Girardeau are prejudiced against the applicant;(2) That the opposite party has an undue influence over the inhabitants of said city; provided, that in such cases a change of venue shall be awarded to the circuit court of Cape Girardeau County at Jackson.Prior revisions: 1929 § 14521; 1919 § 13699; 1909 § 4248
