Section 9-7-19 - Fifth district; composition

The Fifth Circuit Court District is composed of the following counties:

(a) Attala County;

(b) Carroll County;

(c) Choctaw County;

(d) Grenada County;

(e) Montgomery County;

(f) Webster County; and

(g) Winston County.
