Section 75-45-183 - When enforcement not required

Nothing in this article shall be construed as requiring the commissioner or his representative to:

(a) report for prosecution;

(b) institute seizure proceedings;

(c) issue a withdrawal from distribution order; or

(d) hold an administrative hearing as a result of minor violations of this article, or when he believes the public interest will best be served by suitable notice of warning in writing.
