Section 63-17-91 - Hearings; calling of hearing(1) Any interested party shall have the right to have the commission call a hearing for the purpose of taking action in respect to any matter within the commission's jurisdiction by filing with the commission a verified complaint setting forth the grounds upon which the complaint is based.(2) The commission may on its own motion call a hearing for the purpose of taking action in respect to any matter within its jurisdiction.Codes, 1942, § 8071.7-07; Laws, 1970, ch. 478, § 7; reenacted without change, Laws, 1983, ch. 344, § 21; reenacted without change, Laws, 1991, ch. 305, § 21, eff. 7/1/1991.
