Section 49-17-523 - Denial of issuance or reissuance of certificates

The commission may deny the issuance or reissuance of any certificate required under Sections 49-17-511 through 49-17-521 if:

(a) there has been a failure to comply with the application procedures established by regulations promulgated by the commission;

(b) if the applicant fails to satisfy the application criteria established by Sections 49-17-501 through 49-17-531 and by regulations promulgated by the commission; or

(c) if the applicant fails to pay the applicable fee.
