Section 43-21-869 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2027] Secretarial and support services for state board; funding(1) Secretarial and support services for the state board may be provided by the Administrative Office of Courts.(2) The association may receive private funds and local, state and federal government funds to financially assist existing local CASA programs, assist local efforts to start a CASA program, and support other activities deemed appropriate by the association.Added by Laws, 2024, ch. 525, HB 1624,§ 10, eff. 7/1/2024.
