Section 41-83-11 - Expiration date of certificate; renewal; fees(1) A certificate expires on the second anniversary of its effective date unless the certificate is renewed for a two-year term as provided in this section.(2) Before the certificate expires, a certificate may be renewed for an additional two-year term if the applicant: (a) Otherwise is entitled to the certificate;(b) Pays the department the renewal fee set by the department through regulation; and(c) Submits to the department a renewal application on the form that the department requires and satisfactory evidence of compliance with any requirement of this chapter for certificate renewal.Laws, 1990, ch. 347, § 6, eff. 7/1/1990.Amended without change by Laws, 2024, ch. 302, SB 2140,§ 30, eff. 7/1/2024.
