Section 142C.05 - MONITORING AND INSPECTIONS(a) The commissioner must conduct an on-site inspection of a certified license-exempt child care center at least once each calendar year to determine compliance with the health, safety, and fire standards specific to a certified license-exempt child care center.(b) The commissioner shall make publicly available on the department's website the results of inspection reports for all certified centers including the number of deaths, serious injuries, and instances of substantiated child maltreatment that occurred in certified centers each year.Renumbered from Minn.
