Section 127A.095 - REPEALER; FEDERAL EDUCATION LAW IMPLEMENTATION REPORT

Subdivision 1.Continued implementation.

The Department of Education shall continue to implement the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act without interruption.

Subd. 2.
