Section 780.829 - Notice of release of defendant; written request(1) Upon the written request of the victim, the sheriff shall notify the victim of the earliest possible release date of the defendant if the defendant is sentenced to more than 92 days' imprisonment.(2) The victim's written request for notice under this section shall include the victim's address.Add. 1988, Act 21, Eff. 6/1/1988.
