Section 560.126 - Survey accuracy(1) The survey of all subdivisions shall be performed by a surveyor.(2) The relative error of closure of the surveyed land shall be less than the ratio of 1 part in 5,000.(3) Bearings shall be expressed in relation to the true meridian, or a previously established meridian or bearing and a statement by the surveyor on the plat stating the source of information in obtaining the bearings outlined.1967, Act 288, Eff. 1/1/1968 .
