Section 484.2402 - Unregulated services; tariff(1) A provider of an unregulated service may file with the commission a tariff which shall contain the information the provider determines to be appropriate regarding the offered service.(2) The commission shall retain a tariff filed under this section and make all information contained in the tariff available to the public.1991, Act 179, Eff. 1/1/1992.
