Section 445.651 - Short title

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "reverse vending machine antifraud act".

Added by 2008, Act 387,s 1, eff. 12/1/2009, the date that deposits into the beverage container redemption antifraud fund created in the beverage container redemption antifraud act from money appropriated by the legislature equaled or exceeded $1,000,000.00.
