Section 432.135 - Compliance required; assignability or transferability(1) A millionaire party licensee shall comply with this act and the rules promulgated under this act.(2) A millionaire party licensee shall comply with the terms and requirements of the license.(3) A millionaire party license is not assignable or transferrable, and a licensee shall not assign or transfer a millionaire party license.Added by 2019, Act 159,s 20, eff. 12/20/2019.
