Section 333.17721 - Michigan board of pharmacy; creation; membership; terms(1) The Michigan board of pharmacy is created in the department and consists of the following 11 voting members who meet the requirements of part 161:(b) One pharmacy technician.(2) The terms of office of the individual members of the board created under this section, except those appointed to fill vacancies, expire 4 years after appointment on June 30 of the year in which the term expires.Amended by 2014, Act 285,s 5, eff. 12/22/2014.Amended by 2006, Act 390, s 2, eff. 9/27/2006.1978, Act 368, Eff. 9/30/1978 ;--Am. 1993, Act 79, Eff. 4/1/1994.
