Section 333.16227 - Suspension or revocation of license or registration; other sanction or action(1) For an offense committed within 2 years after a previous offense of the same kind, a disciplinary subcommittee shall suspend the license or registration for a period of at least 180 days or revoke the license or registration.(2) Section 16226 and this section do not limit any other sanction or additional action a disciplinary subcommittee is authorized to impose or take.Amended by 2014, Act 97,s 4, eff. 7/1/2014.1978, Act 368, Eff. 9/30/1978 ;--Am. 1993, Act 79, Eff. 4/1/1994.
