Section 333.20811 - License required; use of term "freestanding surgical outpatient facility."(1) A freestanding surgical outpatient facility shall be licensed under this article.(2) "Freestanding surgical outpatient facility" or a similar term or abbreviation shall not be used to describe or refer to a health facility or agency unless it is licensed by the department under this article.1978, Act 368, Eff. 9/30/1978.
