Section 324.80220 - Tracking offenses; duties of secretary of state(1) Not later than April 30, 2000, the secretary of state shall begin tracking individual offenses of this part.(2) In order to accomplish the tracking requirement described in subsection (1), the secretary of state shall do both of the following:(a) Pursue and implement a comprehensive technology system.(b) Work cooperatively with the appropriate departments of this state.Amended with no change by 2008, Act 178,s 3 , eff. 3/31/2009.The repeal of this section by 2004, Act 27, s 2, eff. 3/23/2012, was repealed by 2008, Act 178,s 3 , eff. 3/31/2009.Add. 2000, Act 229, Imd.
