Section 324.80109 - Rules; subsection (1) inapplicable to special local rules(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), the department shall promulgate rules authorized by this part. The department shall publish the approved rules in a convenient form.(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply to special local rules adopted pursuant to sections 80110 and 80111.Add. 1995, Act 58, Imd.
