Section 324.31507 - Prohibited conduct; exception(1) A person shall not construct, enlarge, repair, reconstruct, alter, remove, or abandon any dam except in a manner provided for in this part.(2) This section does not apply to maintenance performed on a dam that does not affect the structural integrity of the dam.Add. 1995, Act 59, Imd.
