Section 324.3112e - Permit not required; "beneficial use by-product" and "beneficial use 3" defined(1) Notwithstanding sections 3112 and 3113, a permit is not required under this part for any of the following:(a) The use of a beneficial use by-product for beneficial use 3 in compliance with part 115.(b) The storage of a beneficial use by-product in compliance with part 115.(2) As used in subsection (1), "beneficial use by-product" and "beneficial use 3" mean those terms as defined in section 11502.Added by 2014, Act 178,s 1, eff. 9/16/2014.
