Section 259.83a - Flight operations requiring federal aviation regulation air carrier or commercial operator's certification(1) A person holding a valid federal air carrier operating certificate or commercial operator's certificate shall not conduct flight operations in violation of that certificate.(2) A person who violates subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.Add. 2002, Act 35, Eff. 5/15/2002.
