Section 168.884 - [Effective Until 91 days after adjournment of the 2024 Regular Session sine die] Boards of county canvassers; clerks and assistants for conduct of recount

The boards of county canvassers shall employ such assistants and clerks as shall be deemed necessary for the conduct of any such recount.
