Section 3180 - DefinitionsAs used in this subchapter, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings. [1987, c. 490, Pt. B, §7(NEW).]
1. Affiliate. "Affiliate" means any person who, as determined by the commission: A.
