Section 1432 - Administration of medicationThe administration of medication in state institutions shall be in accordance with rules established by the State Board of Nursing. [1983, c. 459, §7 (NEW).]
1.Maine Administrative Procedure Act. The State Board of Nursing shall establish rules in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375. [1983, c. 459, §7 (NEW).]
2.Considerations. In establishing rules for each type of state institution, the State Board of Nursing shall consider, among other factors: A.
