Section 6093 - Maintenance of licenseLicense maintenance is governed by this section.
1. Suspension and revocation. If a licensee does not continue to meet the qualifications or satisfy the requirements that apply to an applicant for a new money transmission license, the administrator may suspend or revoke the licensee's license in accordance with the procedures established by this Act or other applicable state law.2. Requirements. A money transmission licensee must at all times meet the requirements in sections 6100-R, 6100-S and 6100-T.Added by 2024, c. 662,§ 2, eff. 8/9/2024.
