Section 457 - Ambulance service1.Scope of service. Each county may provide ambulance service: A. 2.Method of service. Within the limits of subsection 1, the county may provide ambulance services by county personnel and vehicles or by contract with private organizations, corporations or persons, or with municipalities under section 107 or chapter 115.
