Section 1009 - Class VII licenses1.Types of liquor which may be sold. A Class VII licensee may sell wine to be consumed off the premises where sold. [1987, c. 45, Pt. A, §4(NEW).]

3.Eligible premises. The following premises are eligible to obtain a Class VII license: A.
