Section 3769 - Disbursements1.Payment priority. Payments made on behalf of the department for TANF assistance, the Parents as Scholars Program under chapter 1054-B and for foster care have priority over other payments and must be made without delay whether or not they are pursuant to a state plan or contract. 3.Balances of funds not to lapse. Any balances of funds appropriated for TANF or ASPIRE-TANF may not lapse but must be carried forward from year to year to be expended for the same purposes. [2009, c. 571, Pt. XX, §1(NEW).]
