Section 8-111 - Arbitration of claims

The court may authorize the receiver appointed under section 8-108 to adjust by arbitration or compromise any demand in favor of or against the absentee's estate. [2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2(NEW); 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14(AFF).]
