Section 5-813 - Effect of copy

A copy of a written advance health care directive, revocation of an advance health care directive or designation or disqualification of a surrogate has the same effect as the original. [2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2(NEW); 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14(AFF).]
