Section 49:1114 - Commission meetings; attendance; quorumA. The commission shall meet quarterly, but may meet as often as necessary, to conduct business as a commission.B.(1) Failure to attend at least seventy-five percent of called meetings in any calendar year is cause for removal from the commission.(2) Members of the commission missing seventy-five percent of called meetings in any calendar year may be removed from the commission by a majority vote of the voting members of the commission.(3) Removal of a member constitutes a vacancy.C.
