Section 46:1404 - Requirement of licensureA. All specialized providers, including facilities owned or operated by any governmental, profit, nonprofit, private, or church agency, shall be licensed. Specialized provider licenses shall be of two types: Type I and Type IV.B. Child-placing agencies within the Department of Children and Family Services shall be exempt from the provisions of this Chapter.
