Section 42:1381 - Members of state and other civil service commissions; compensation and expensesA. Each member of the state civil service commission shall be paid a per diem of seventy-five dollars for each day devoted to the work commission, but not to exceed four thousand dollars for any member in any year, and shall be reimbursed for actual travel expenses authorized by the commission.B. Each member of the city or other civil service commissions covered by Sections 4 and 14 of Article X of the Constitution of 1974 shall be paid a per diem in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars for each day of actual attendance at meetings of the commission of which he is a member, but not to exceed four thousand dollars for any member in any year, and shall be reimbursed for actual travel expenses authorized by the commission.
