Section 37:2721 - Injunctive proceedingsA. The board may apply for an injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any person from committing any act prohibited by the provisions of this Chapter.B. If it is established that any person has been or is committing an act prohibited by this Chapter, the court shall enter a decree permanently enjoining said person from further commission of such act.C. The violation of any injunction issued under the provisions of this Section shall constitute contempt of court.D. Such injunctive proceedings shall be in addition to and not in lieu of all other remedies and penalties provided in this Chapter.Added by Acts 1972, No. 706, §1; Acts 1999, No. 1309, §7, eff.
