Section 26:292 - Revocations and suspensions not exclusive penaltyA. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter to the contrary, the commissioner may, in lieu of or in addition to revocation or suspension of a permit issued under the authority of this Chapter, impose the following schedule of fines to be paid into the state treasury for: (1) The first offense, not less than $50 but not more than $500.(2) The second offense, which occurs within three years of first offense, not less than $250 but not more than $1,000; and(3) The third offense, which occurs within three years of the first offense, not less than $500 but not more than $2,500.B.
