The Special Joint Committee on Legislative Donations is hereby created to be constituted by five (5) Senators appointed by the President of the Senate and five (5) Representatives. Of these: two (2) Senators and two (2) Representatives shall be members of the corresponding Legislative Body’s Parliamentary Minority.
The Committee shall be co-chaired by the Chairpersons of the Committee on Budget and Appropriations of the House of Representatives and of the Ways and Means Committee of the Senate of Puerto Rico.
