§ 64. Reports

In addition to the functions and duties entrusted to the Committee under this chapter, it shall also assess the implementation of the documents drafted as provided herein and recommend changes to the public policy so as to ensure the success of the Standard Contracting Act.

Likewise, it shall file an annual report with the Governor and the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico in both the Office of the Secretary of the Senate and the Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives. These reports shall include a breakdown of the works carried out and, if necessary, a comprehensive description of the work plans for the following fiscal year.

The first report must be submitted within six (6) months after the date on which the Committee was constituted for the first time.
