§ 9018h. Effective date of final determinations and permits

Final determinations issued by the Permit Management Office, the autonomous municipalities with I to V granted hierarchy or an authorized professional shall take effect as of the date on which the issue of the notice is certified, pursuant to the provisions of § 9018g of this title.
